REGULATIONS & CODE OF CONDUCT

Regulations and Code of Ethics are made in order to build a conducive, long-term relationship between the company and its members. All Members of TEC Global Sdn.Bhd. is bound by all the provisions contained in the code of ethics and company regulations, sanctions will be imposed if there is a violation.

Definition

  1. The company is TEC Global Sdn.Bhd.

  2. Products are goods traded by TEC Global Sdn.Bhd.

  3. Members are Company Business Partners who register with the Company without any coercion from any party and have been approved by the company.

  4. Upline is the one who introduces the company to prospective members.

 

Member Registration

  1. Members must be over 18 years of age and are required to include a valid ID (KTP or SIM).

  2. Member registration process can be through filling out a membership form and then given to the company.

  3. The company has the right to terminate membership or impose sanctions if a member intentionally disseminates or provides false information that is inaccurate and untrue to prospective members.

  4. Membership will remain valid if the member complies with company rules and regulations and complies with applicable laws in Malaysia.

  5. Member of TEC Global Sdn.Bhd. is an Independent Contractor. You are not an agent, employee, officer, partner, joint venture partner and you are not allowed to represent yourself as such.

  6. The membership fee is included in the member package price.

  7. Membership period is 12 months provided that active members introduce and run a business. If within 12 months there is no activity, the membership status will be declared inactive in the company database.

  8. Re-activating inactive membership data can be done by purchasing a package again and filling out the membership re-activation form.

  9. All changes to member data must be filled out by filling out a data change form that has been prepared by the company, including if there is a wrong entry when registering a member.

  10. Members who have sponsored prospective members are required to provide guidance, training and explanations regarding all things related to the company's business.

  11. Members who have sponsored must notify prospective members of the regulations that apply in the company honestly and clearly.

  12. Members are also required to inform that there is no guarantee regarding the level of income, profit or success of any kind.

Product Returns

Members can return products with the following terms and conditions, namely

  1. Returns are a maximum of 10 days after the product is received. Each product returned must be accompanied by a receipt for payment.

  2. Returned goods must be in salable condition.

  3. For products for which the bonus has been disbursed, the company will only refund

90% of the original price of the product paid, minus administrative costs and excluding promotional products. For products whose bonus has not been disbursed, exchange of products with the same price is allowed.

A Maximum of 5% can be charged for any cancellation of services based on the Consumer Protection Data Act.

 

Privacy Policy

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using (the 'Site'), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ('Personal Information').

Shipping Policy

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

● "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service. 

● "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. ● "Service" refers to the Website. 

● "Website" refers to TrinerG, accessible from http://www.trinerg.com/Index.asp 

● "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TrinerG. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy 
Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone. 

Damages

TrinerG is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the TrinerG to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Member's Obligations and Rights

1. Obligations

Conducting business honestly and professionally and in accordance with the company's code of ethics and applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia;

Each member is obliged to guide prospective sponsored members;

Members are required to sell the company's products at the price set by the company. If it is proven to sell below the predetermined price, it will be subject to sanctions in the form of termination of membership;

Maintain the good name of the company and do not take actions that can damage the good name of the company.

Not taking action on behalf of the company or being a representative of the company in the eyes of the law;

All tax obligations of a member are the responsibility of the member concerned;

2. Right

Get the same treatment according to the level and position of the members owned;

Determine the right to join and conduct business activities with whom;

Receive bonuses according to the date set by the company;

Get training and guidance regarding the products and business that exist in the company, both from the company and from the introducer (Upline);

Can develop networks throughout Malaysia;

 

 

 

Company Obligations and Rights

  1. Obligations:

Giving bonuses to members for achievements made by members;

Provide information and guidance regarding the company to members;

Processing products that have been purchased to members.

  1. Rights:

Obtain correct and appropriate data and information regarding member data;

Using photos and testimonials that have been approved for promotional purposes and members cannot demand anything;

Changing policies, procedures, programs, compensation and/or agreements with members;

Does not provide compensation in any form if the member is proven to have violated the code of ethics;

 

Termination of membership

  1. A Member has the right to cancel his Membership Agreement at any time and for any reason. If you want to cancel your membership agreement, it is enough to give 30 days written notice to the company. Members can keep the sales kit but members are not entitled to any refund.

  2. Termination of Membership for any reason in the country of registration for membership, will automatically result in termination of Membership in all countries. Where all benefits, privileges and recognition of the Member will be terminated immediately.

  3. A Member who intends to terminate/terminate his/her membership (by resigning) under the existing Upline/Sponsor must pass a maximum grace period of 6 months of inactivity from the time his/her resignation letter is received by the Company and before he/she can reapply to become a Member. under new Sponsor.

  4. The company has the right to unilaterally terminate membership, if the member concerned is directly or indirectly involved in disciplinary actions such as being inactive in business development for a period of one year, conveying false information about the company or company products, and spreading news that not true. Termination of membership because of the things mentioned will not get compensation from the company.

 

Heirs & Grants

A member can fill in the data of the appointed heir which will then be used as a reference by the Company if the member dies or has reached the age of 65 years and/or is medically incapable of carrying out activities as a member.

The appointed heirs are blood relatives who are closer and exclude or close families that are more distant in accordance with the civil law code, where the group that is closer and closes the group that is more distant is as follows:

  1. Group I: Husband/Wife who has lived the longest and their children/descendants.

  2. Group II: Parents and siblings of the heir.

  3. Group III: Family in a straight line up after the inheriting parents.

  4. Group IV: Uncles and aunts of heirs either from the father's side or from the mother's side or descendants of uncles and aunts up to the sixth degree are counted from the heirs, and brothers from grandfather and grandmother and their descendants up to the sixth degree are counted from the heirs.

An heir can continue business activities and/or receive income from the Company;

The heirs are required to be 18 years old and legally capable if they are not to be managed by an appointed guardian.

 

Member Switch

A Member may transfer his/her membership if it is caused by death or has reached the age of 65 years and/or is no longer medically capable.

 

Use of Advertising, Trademarks and Logos

Company name, logo, trademark and service mark of TEC Global Sdn. Bhd. is the property of TEC Global Sdn. Bhd. and owns the copyright. Members are not allowed to post promotional materials or any type that depicts TEC Global Sdn. Bhd. unless permitted by TEC Global Sdn. Bhd. with written approval from the company.

 

Prohibited Activities

Members are prohibited to:

1. Sell below the specified price.

2. Mislead prospective members by providing incorrect information

3. Act on behalf of the company in the activities of making agreements, interviews and or promotions in any form except obtaining permission from the company.

4. Members may not manipulate the Sales Plan, Marketing or System in any way that is not obtained in accordance with the sales plan, marketing, company systems or business guidelines.

5. Members are not allowed to promote other activities using the attributes of the Company.

 

Penalty

Sanctions are actions taken by the company if a member is proven to have committed a violation

company code of ethics.

Sanctions can be in the form of:

  1. Rebuke

  2. Written warning

  3. Revocation of membership status.

The mechanism for giving sanctions by the company to a member who is proven to have violated the code of ethics

The company is the right of the company and members will not get compensation or compensation

the bonus/commission concerned is effective as of the date of revocation of membership status.

 

Dispute resolution

All disputes that arise either between a Member and a Member or a Member with

The company will be resolved by way of deliberation and consensus.

 

Closing

  1. The company has the right to change or add company regulations and provisions without prior notification if deemed necessary.

  2. The company reserves the right at any time to change the price of the product without prior notice.
